Regular Days & Late Start Days:

A Regular Day (Gold Day) begins at 7:15 AM and ends at 2:30 PM; breakfast is served in homeroom from 7:15 AM until 7:30 AM.

As part of our Beacon designation, Grant will have several Late Start Days (Black Days) throughout the year when the school day will not start until 9:30 AM. There will be no breakfast served on Late Start Days. During this time, teachers have professional development and will meet together to discuss assessment results and student work. This valuable time will help teachers meet the individual needs of students and ensure their success.

Late Start Days: 9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, 12/11, 1/15, 1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/12, 4/9, 4/23 and 5/7

We ask all students and parents to familiarize themselves with the bell schedules for both Regular (Gold Days) and Late Start (Black Days).
